TranCare Service
Our TranCare volunteer driver program is a unique service offering only non-emergent Medicaid transportation to:

We provide short local trips and trips to anywhere in Washington State.
*Our driver's currently don't offer wheelchair transportation.
TRIP-Link Service
TRIP-link is a volunteer driver program in which the rider chooses their own qualified driver. Persons served must live in Chelan or Douglas county and are unable to drive themselves.

TRIP-Link may serve people that:

Live outside Link Transit service area

Cannot drive themselves

Do not own a vehicle

Are medically compromised

Are unable to use public transportation

Meet TRIP-Link's eligibility criteria

Ride with Triplink volunteer driver program to go to any location in Chelan & Douglas county if you do not have access to public transportation.

Service Areas
The TRIP-Link volunteer driver program is currently free for people living in our very rural communities. Our TranCare drivers provide medical transportation to Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan Counties, while TRIP-Link only to Chelan and most of Douglas counties.
